POOL GUY Pool School

 offers a "POOL SCHOOL" to those do-it-yourselfers that want to clean and maintain their own swimming pools/spa, but need a jump start or a "refresher course" on the way their swimming pool/spa works. They are also great for those who have a new swimming pool and/or spa, want service, but also want to know how their new pool operates. They generally take 30 minutes to an hour and are a great way to educate everyone in the house on the different components of their new swimming pool and/or spa. 

"POOL SCHOOL" starts at $65 for 30 minutes to an hour instruction.

Included in the "POOL SCHOOL" is:

• Checking of all swimming pool and/or spa equipment and cleaners (if applicable) for leaks, etc. as well as safe and proper operation.

• Instruction on operation of and labeling of all pool and/or spa valves.

• Instruction on direction of flow through swimming pool and/or spa equipment.

• Instruction on heater operation (includes proper valve position and turning on and shutting down of heater for safe and proper operation).                           

• Instruction on proper operation of backwashing filter and, if needed, recharging of DE. (this applies DE filters only).

• Instruction on proper checking of chemicals and safe and proper balance for them.

• Instruction on proper and most efficient way of vacuuming the swimming pool and/or cleaning of the spa.
